Custom Roof Project
Location: Kalamata, Greece
Scope: Full roof installation with custom-built ridge ventilation system
Highlight: Canadian expertise brought overseas
This project involved traveling overseas to manage a complete roof replacement in Kalamata, Greece. Materials were imported from Canada to meet performance standards, and a custom ridge vent system was designed and built on site to ensure proper attic ventilation, a rare solution in the region.
Despite the challenges of distance, logistics, and working in a different building environment, the project was successfully completed with high-quality results. It stands out as a testament to how structured project management can overcome complexity anywhere in the world.

Fully Accessible Custom Home

Scope: New construction of a custom, fully accessible residence (In Progress)
Partner: Baxter Construction
In partnership with Baxter Construction, Veritas Projects is supporting the development of a custom-built home designed with full accessibility in mind. Every element, from entrances and hallways to finishes, was created to meet the needs of the homeowners while maintaining beauty and functionality.
This project highlights the importance of collaboration and thoughtful planning. Working alongside Baxter Construction and the homeowners gave me the opportunity not only to contribute, but also to learn, gaining deeper insight into building for accessibility and the practical considerations that make a home truly supportive of comfort, independence, and quality of life.
